Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 6 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the My Jungle Trip website and any safari, tour, transfer or accommodation you book through us. By submitting an enquiry or making a booking, you accept these terms on behalf of everyone in your party.
1. Enquiries and quotations
An enquiry submitted through our website, WhatsApp, email or phone is a request for information, not a confirmed booking. Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to availability of safari permits, vehicles, guides and accommodation at the time of confirmation.
2. Bookings and payment
- A booking is confirmed only after we accept it in writing and the required advance payment is received.
- Safari permits are issued by the respective Forest Department in the name and ID details of each traveller. You must provide accurate names and government photo ID details; these cannot be changed once a permit is booked.
- Full payment is due before the travel date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellations and refunds
- Forest Department safari permit fees are generally non-refundable once booked, in line with government rules.
- For accommodation and services arranged by us, the cancellation charges of the relevant resort, camp or supplier apply, plus our service charge.
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after deductions.
- No refund is given for unused services, missed safaris due to late arrival, or early departure.
4. Safaris, wildlife and the forest
- Wildlife sightings, including tiger sightings, can never be guaranteed. Safaris are a nature experience and outcomes depend on the forest.
- Safari timings, gate allocations, zone rotations and vehicle sharing are controlled by the Forest Department and may change without notice. Certain gates or zones may close during the monsoon or on specific weekdays.
- You must follow all instructions of the guide, driver and forest staff, remain in the vehicle at all times inside the park, and comply with park rules.
5. Changes by us
If circumstances beyond our control (weather, road conditions, government orders, strikes, or supplier failure) require changes to your itinerary, we will arrange the best available alternative. We are not liable for consequential losses such as missed flights or connections.
6. Your responsibilities
- Carry valid original government photo ID for every traveller, matching the safari permit.
- Assess your own fitness for jeep safaris on rough forest tracks; inform us in advance of medical conditions, allergies or mobility needs.
- Arrange your own travel insurance. We strongly recommend cover for medical emergencies and trip cancellation.
7. Liability
My Jungle Trip acts as a booking and coordination agent between you and the Forest Department, resorts, camps, guides and transport providers. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services booked through us. We are not liable for injury, loss, damage or delay caused by third-party suppliers or by events outside our reasonable control.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, photographs, videos, graphics and logos — is owned by or licensed to My Jungle Trip and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madhya Pradesh.
